Application
Coatings: Copolymer monomer for acrylic emulsions and polyurethane coatings, imparting flexibility, weather resistance, and adhesion to architectural and automotive coatings.
Adhesives & Sealants: Used in pressure-sensitive adhesives, hot-melt adhesives, and water-based adhesives to enhance tack, flexibility, and aging resistance for packaging, construction, and electronics.
Polymers & Elastomers: Copolymerizes with other monomers to produce acrylic rubber and thermoplastic elastomers, improving elasticity, oil resistance, and low-temperature performance.
Textiles & Papermaking: Synthesizes textile sizes and coatings for enhanced wear resistance, hand feel, and wrinkle resistance; acts as a papermaking sizing agent to boost strength and water resistance.
