Application
It is a key raw material in the production of alkyds, for many types of paint.
It is also used in asters, such as rosin eaters for adhesives and painting inks, fatty acid eaters for synthetic lubricants, and acrylic acid eaters for radiation curing.
It is used in phenolic antioxidants for polyolefines.
The micronized form is used in fire-retardant systems and PVC stabilizers
